Therefore, we recommend that you follow basic guidelines listed below:
- Always place paper napkins between plates that are stacked.
- Only wash in a dishwasher occasionally.
- Use recommended dishwasher products only; liquids are best.
- All rinse aids are suitable.
- Wash on a low setting and place in washer on its own.
- Do not use abrasive washing powders
- Never slide plates over one another; wet or dry, as this can cause the hand-applied metallic rim to scratch.
- Never scour with abrasive pads, wire wool, metal polish, or any other abrasive product.
- Do not exceed the recommended dishwasher temperature.
- Never put tableware with gold or any other metallic trim in microwave ovens.
- Do not expose china to naked flames or extreme temperature change.
